Ventilation is designed in accordance with ASHRAE Standard 62. We install 45,000 Btu/hr furnace in our 12’x 60” trailers, so you can stay warm during cold Canadian winter, however during the summer time our Air Conditioners (AC) will help you stay cool when it is hot outside. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) can be used as furnace fuel.

Power supply is 120/240 volt AC, single phase, three wire, 60 Hertz and 7.0 kW estimated demand load.
Depends on type of trailer main breaker varies from 50 amp to 30 amp

ESKIMO trailers are manufactured in accordance with the federal, provincial and local code(s). All plumbing fixtures and fittings, mechanical equipment, electrical devices, fixtures and equipment are approved for the use intended by C.S.A. or U.L.C.

Our trailers have 8’ ¼” ceilings built with 2” x 4” SPF frame. Walls are insulated with 3 ½” fiberglass batt (R-12) and floors are insulated with 6” fiberglass batt (R-20) with 9 ½” (R31) perimeter around units, therefore, our trailers can be used all over Canada including Fort McMurray area and Northwest Territories.We finish our furnace room with 5/8 type X gypsum board to protect you from fire damage. We install safety bars on windows with quick safety release to meet oil and gas standards as well as to make sure your employees will be able to escape from the trailer in case of emergency. Our units are equipped with 48” – 2 T8 lamps fluorescent light fixture to provide you enough light for your Management and Staff.

Our units have big 48”x36” horizontal slider windows which provide you with lots of sunlight. We finish our roof with EPDM Rubber Material for your quiet and comfortable stay, so the rain or hail doesn’t bother you when you are concentrating on your project. Our 30 gauge split deluxe mesa siding gives trailer a professional look.
